If alcohol is legal...then so should a mild drug like marijuana.
However, all of the restrictive laws that is applied to alc. should also apply of course.
And that includes a licence to grow/produce/sell just like alcohol.
It should be regulated/taxed and under the supervision of the FDA...with limitations as to the number of growers, what specific kinds are produced..and any new kind must first pass FDA approval before being allowed to be sold.
