California leaders have been bracing for a possible economic downturn with state personal income tax revenues billions below what was projected for this time of year and conditions outside of the state contributing to uncertainty about its financial future.

Here's a thought, how about we:
- Ban the combustion engine.
- Let in a few 100,000 more illegals.
- Provide free room and board for homeless.
- Build a high-speed rail to Modesto.
- Release more prisoners.
- Allow theft as long as it's under $950.
Yep, that ought to fix things.

Not enough people in CA are getting that guaranteed income thing....That has to be the problem right?

Millions are hauling out of Ca. Their own governor is travelling to red states begging people to move there. Why move to that cesspit of lawlessness, massively inflated prices, homelessness and drug use rampant, highest taxes in the country. Its a third world state.
