So, judges in California courts can no longer try cases against the Boy Scouts accused of prohibiting gays from inhabiting tents with our children in remote locations on dark, lonely nights?

This is an indictment against the Boy Scouts. Apparently judges being involved with an organization deemed as bigoted as nazis is off limits for judges.
Looks more to me like the legals in this issue are the nazis, not the Boy Scouts.

I hope the BSA learned you can't negotiate with these faggots. They revised their policies to allow gay boyscouts, but not gay scout leaders. This earned them no currency with the fag militia. The BSA was better off taking an unambiguous stand.

And they had no choice but to keep gay scout leaders out because allowing them access to young boys would undoubtedly have resulted in pederasy, not that all gay men would do that, but it only takes a few.

Private organization, so yes. Maybe the atheist boys can form their own group complete with gay leaders to help keep them company. They can call it "No Child's Behind Left Behind". NCBLB for short.
