It should be clear to everyone that Gray Davis is a good for nothing Democrat. It is highly doubtful that Bustamente will be a better alternative. After all a Democrat is still a Democrat...

I personally doubt that a Republican, in particular someone like Schwarzenegger will be a good governor. The ideology of both major parties are identical even though the Republicans keep on slandering the Democrats as "liberal". I suggest to vote for C.T. Weber of the California Peace and Freedom Party. All over the world democratic Socialists fight for the poor, the downtrodden and neglected. In fact Socialism comes close to Jesus' early form of Christianity when he helped the outcasts in Israel of that time. Both major parties are solely on the side of the rich and corporations. Vote P&F!!!

To reply:

You are correct in saying that Bustamante is no better. In fact he's come out and stated that, basically, he's going to continue Gray Davis's policies, and go even further in raising taxes and heaping on regulation.... sort of a Davis-on-steroids platform.

As far as the differences betweens R's and D's... I must disagree. The core beliefs of the two parties are at odds with each other. The problem with R's is that too many are intimidated by the label "conservative" to actually vote conservative... IMHO.

But if you want to waste a vote on the Communist/Socialist party, go right ahead.

BTW, there is a HUGE difference between Jesus's teachings and Socialism. Christ wanted people to make a difference as individuals. He did not advocate a socialist state.
