I think Froggy was probably voicing frustration/anger in the same way as someone says, "I could KILL that SOB myself!"

Frankly, at age 29, if she pulls the full maximum of 25 years, she will still be getting out at age 54 and may still be capable of committing crimes again. I think a plea deal for life in prison rather than the death penalty would have been more appropriate.

Am I correct in remembering that this woman is the daughter of a local minister and had some issues with mental health problems?
