Actually, Cain IS an idiot, he knows nothing about foreign policy either, which he very well demonstrated on an interview yesterday. When asked what he would do about China, one of his responses was that we need to increase our military and stop China from developing nuclear weapons.

For the record, China did it's first explosion in 1964.

As far as the rest of his bullshit? Nothing but sound bites and gaffes.
