What ever happened to choice?

Why can't bar and restaurants choose to serve the smoking crowd, and other can serve the non smokers?

Why does the government have to take away rights of one group to appease another?

I couldnt agree more! What the hell happened to choice? If you go to a bar you know that it will be filled with smoke. YOUR CHOICE TO GO! Does it make people feel good about themselves when they can tell other people how to live their lives?
