10 years ago a union employee that handles voting machines in California said publicly that as long as his union is in charge of California voting machines a California republican will never win again....he was right...but I blame the GOP for not fighting the fraud.....they are sitting on their ass while dems continue to fraudulently pick off house seats they did not win....unreal....the voters of California are getting screwed....we had two choices for senator...both democrats....

The signatures were for petitions to qualify for ballot initiatives, not votes for candidates – votes were not being ‘traded’ for anything.

And per your linked article elections officials believe none of the signatures passed inspection.

Every time I go to the polls there are obviously street people getting provisional ballots...no ID required...they are shuttled from polling place to polling place the more votes they cast the more money they get paid.....then in a close race the dems start screaming "count all the votes" next thing you know 3 weeks later a 10000 vote lead is gone and the republican loses....when are the republicans going to fight this obvious theft of our votes?....

Meanwhile, back in the real world, a congressional race in NC was basically annulled because of massive Republican absentee ballot fraud. The decision by the bipartisan election committee was unanimous there, that's how brazen the Republican fraud was. It raised eyebrows when 96% of the absentee ballots in an evenly split district went Republican. Looks like they'll have to redo the election.
