We talk with "Mr. X", a man on the streets in the IE, Southern California. He paints a stark picture of youth today amid crumbling municipalities and school districts. Apparently if we don't invest in our children and neighborhoods, we may be looking at an ever growing zombie hoard of amoral, violence prone youth.

Why invest? Pick them off one by one, provide a 'good' education to them and set them free. Read or rent and watch "A Clockwork Orange"; it worked on Alex DeLarge, and think of how much we can save by not paying teachers and maintaining school sites. Isn't a compliant non violent zombie a vast improvement and much cheaper to produce?

Public Education is quite an achievement isn't it? I'll bet we're number one in the world in that area.

Yep.
