Lying to federal investigators is a felony, lying under oath is a felony, he has at least 2 counts each, if they chose they can tag obstruction to each of those counts. Sure he broke the law, hell they put Martha Stewart in jail for 9 months for one count of lying to federal investigators. Laws are broken routinely at the Federal level. Just look at someone like Charley Rangel that had over 20 ethical violations and nothing was done to him. The general gist is, the laws are for the little people.

But that does not negate slinging poo at the federal level. Both sides will point out all the poo that the other commits but never seeks to enforce the laws. All they want is to win elections.

Not even Nixon went to jail, who clearly violated the law.

I think the only exception would be if someone who opposed the Swamp obtained power. Is Trump that person?
