But is it Rape Rape?...

Historically, rape was defined as unlawful sexual intercourse with a woman against her will. The essential elements of the crime were sexual penetration, force, and lack of consent. Women who were raped were expected to have physically resisted to the utmost of their powers or their assailant would not be convicted of rape.

Exactly as it should be. Cut and dry.

A young boy could be raped by a homosexual anally against his will but, these cases (if there are any) don't seem to come up in court. Probably because the liberal-socialist agenda accepts this type of thing as 'normal.'

The majority of reported rapes never really happened. The girl gets caught or the boy brags about it so she cries rape. Most never get to court because the lie is proven ahead of time. As for a woman raping a man. It cant happen.

OK...basic sex education needed here...Men and Women are DIFFERENT. You know the PLUMBING...A young girl can be MOLESTED by an older man and made to have sex. This is BAAAAD and any man that would do that should be severely punished.

A young boy cannot have sex if he isn't (shall we say) 'rising' to the occasion. I understand we have laws and I do not propose disobeying them I'm just saying that a 15-year old male getting some hot female 40-year old tail is not that traumatic to the rest of his life.
You're quite right -- and there is much more to be said about it.

While it's not something which is spoken about very openly a significant percentage of American women are sexually dissatisfied and the reason for it is a lack of sexual proficiency and technique on the part of the average American male. The simply stated fact is most American men don't know how to fully arouse a woman and once she's aroused how to bring her to full orgasm. This accounts for the burgeoning success of the mechanical sex toy market and a lot of failed marriages and marital infidelity.

This problem would be solved if young boys were tutored in the art of physical love by older women instead of having to progress through one fumbling effort after another, leaving one dissatisfied woman after another. So it may be said that what Debra LaFave did is educate her sexual student in a way that will serve him well for the rest of his life. It is our society's perverse sexual attitudes that will tamper with that boy's development, not the gift that LaFave imparted to him.

The laws against older women taking young boys to their beds need to be reviewed.

A lot of married women expect their counterpart to be 'romantic' while they (the women) don't present themselves to their husbands as a hot babe like when they were dating. This is the most likely reason for all the dissatisfied women.

Yeah because it's not like resisting puts you at risk of being struck/physically attacked by the rapist.

Oh wait it does so that law is really stupid.

You honestly think an old person should be required to resist against say a body-builder?

Or do you really think there's no other way to establish you don't consent?

No doubt it's the reason for some. But being attractive requires effort on a woman's part and a dissatisfied woman has no motivation to continue attracting the man who isn't satisfying her. So what comes first, the chicken or the egg?

Sexually, men are pretty simple. Women are far more complicated. If a women (especially a wife) does the things she knows turns her man on, is sweet and treats him like a man on a regular basis, he will definitely start being romantic. If not, she married a slug.

I had a friend that claims he was raped by his mother's friend when he was a teen. It did affect him and that woman should have done jail time. It happens a lot more than people think. Leave the kids alone.
We all have a pretty clear idea of what happens when a man rapes a woman. But I would be interested in knowing specifically what the woman in the above incident did to your friend that so traumatized the poor fellow.

Please accommodate my sincere curiosity.

He didn't go into specifics, and I didn't ask him for them. All I know is he says his mothers friend came into his room and forced him to have sex with her and it messed him up mentally for a long time. I was the first person he told.

Did he ever try to report it to the police, and is he OK?
