Lemme enlighten you just a bit, Tm. Clinton ordered the firing of the missles against a hardened stance by the repuke congress that it was somehow a wag-the-dog issue. He fired and missed and warned the succeeding CIC of the problem for which no action was taken until post 9/11.

I think the issue was much larger than the then succeeding CIC could comprehend. In addition, I think running a freedom fry department of a local McDonalds was also beyond the comprehension of the succeeding CIC and current President.
