Burning a CD

OK I have a CD with a song on it that almost no one has ever heard of.

I want to copy the music to my computer but When I try to open the file All I see is the 12 files all 1kb long.

How do I copy one track from this CD?
 
Are they WMV files?
Create a file on your desktop - Ollie's Tunes - or whatever - and copy them all in there.....

We're about the same "vintage" - maybe one of these youngsters has a better idea.
 
Problem is when you bring up my computer it reads:

DVD RW Drive (D:) Audio CD
0 bytes free of 0 bytes
CDFS

When you open the drive you get the track list:

Track01 12/31/1994 7:pM CD Audio Track 1KB

Same thing through track 12......
 
It sounds like a format issue, as in your application doesn't recognize the format on the CD but I'm no audiophile so I'm not sure.
 
If you aren't iTunes averse, load the CD into your iTunes library then convert that individual song to the default file format (forget what it is).

You do realize that for people who have never done this a step by step with screen shots is much better that the resultant - :eusa_eh:

Actually Gentlemen I got it, thank you all. Just had to use different software from my default. Then I added a slide show and posted it on Youtube. Hope I didn't break any copyrights.....
