Bureau of Land Management tries to kill another person for daring to enjoy public lands...

Nurse and friend were on BLM land offroading on razors. One of them got a flat, so they were out after dark...the BLM swooped down on them, and when they didn't stop fast enough, one of the agents shot the nurse.

And they are justifying it and telling people it's up to US to be cognizant of property boundaries etc lest you too be shot for getting a flat tire.

"It appears that many federal officers feel entitled to use deadly force against citizens who may bend minor rules and regulations completely unrelated to public safety. This poses a threat to all Americans who seek to use public lands for recreation or other multiuses.

Perhaps land owners should start shooting blm agents who trespass on private land....

In this case, the victim is issued a ticket by a jumpy BLM pig with his hand on a gun...and when he challenged it was called multiple time by the goon who told him that the court date was changed..when it wasn't. The case against him was then dropped.

"Nelson said he thought it odd the officer who issued the ticket would be responsible to call about a change of date, and he decided to double check with the court. According to Nelson, the court date hadn’t been changed.

"As the trial date approached, Nelson and his friends received another phone message from Sones, which he also shared for the commission. In it, Sones said the case was dismissed and Nelson could toss out the citation.

"Nelson called the court again to find out that the trial hadn’t been canceled, he said, although he added that two or three days later, he received a letter confirming the charges were dismissed."

BLM are crazy. We need to get rid of them.

While I do hate the dirt-bikes and ATV's off-roading and trashing the terrain, gunning down people is a bit extreme.

Omg I'm so sorry. I'm hopeful that there will eventually be some form of retribution. Hopefully in this life..but definitely in the next. I know they're murderers, they have been murdering people, and getting away with it, for years.
