U.S. News - 'Happy kid' kills himself over bullying at two NYC schools
When you read things like this coming out of Horrible Schools it makes you wonder...
I'd have to say that if this kid had pipes thrown at him that those kids should be in Juvenile Detention...
That's how that should have Ended.
Not with this Kid Hanging himself.
Could Congress Act on this Issue?...
Should Bullying like this be Criminal?... Should it be a Federal Offense?
How do you go about Enforcing it?...
Kids in Court as Witnesses to the Bullying?
My Wife is an Elementary School Teacher and this kind of crap is not even close to Acceptable.
It's clearly a Poor and Inner City Issue and that's why you see a Police Presence at the Elementary level in these areas.
Is there anything that can be done?...
40 people were shot and 10 killed in Chicago over the weekend...
That's fucking unreal.
And it's just another News Cycle and everyone Yawns...
Just the way it is?... This Deterioration?
