Bullying in all parts of the world is known.

Yep and it sucks. Byt my fear is that children will no longer be able to deal with and solve minor disputes. That is a skill leaned only through experience - not adult intervention.

Yep bullying is a big problem no surprise that republicans oppose every measure to lessen bullying; hell some republican state governments have passed laws making it okay to bully people
