They're just phoning it in now.

And thumbing their noses at all of us.

Sorry, but neither one is really cutting anything. A cut would be spending less money than last year, not proposing a new level of spending, and then calling spending less than the increase a cut.

Or at least have a plan to cut more sometime in the future.

Its an insult to all of us to even suggest cutting 6B, 60B over a year when we're running deficits now of 220B a month. We should be gutting it at 500B a year. Things are not going to go well real quickly if this pathetic stuff is passed.

We NEED to cut 1.3 trillion this year so we get down to a balanced budget. If we can't afford it with out a deficit spending we don't need it no matter what it is.
