Buddhist Teachings You Don't Understand.

If karma exists then why do so many nice people die of horrible, painful cancers? :dunno:
Karma exists in the sense that if you are born into a human body it is a body subject to getting sick, aging and dying. Cancer isn't a "punishment". Karma isn't punishment and reward.
So why do so many nice people get hit by a car or have other really bad things happen to them?

Why? What difference does it make? Bad things happen to everyone from time to time. What matters is how one deals with things, good or bad.

This is something about life on earth that you should have learned to accept by the time you lost your first teddy bear.

So you're saying that karma is bullshit? Or you're just grumpy today?

There is a vast literature about Buddhism. But if you want to learn the basics, such as realms and karma, where do you begin reading? Are there audio books in this subject?

lol...No, I'm saying that some bad things that happen to anyone happen simply as a consequence of living and are really not necessarily either good or bad, not to mention that any so called bad thing to one person can be seen as a great blessing to another.
