Buddhist Anarchism: Are Governments Moral?

Is government a legitimate means of improving society or can humans influence each others' behavior in more effective ways?

The only problem I have with this article is that it quotes Ayn Rand when discussing libertarian-anarchism, when Ayn Rand despised both libertarianism and anarchism.

Other than that I think this was a very good article. The nonaggression axiom is the heart of libertarianism, and I would say that makes libertarianism and Buddhism very compatible.
