The most famous desk sign in the world sat on President Truman’s desk in the Oval Office:
First, let me point out that President Truman understood the public purse held the people’s money. He believed it so firmly he purchased his own postage stamps for use on his personal correspondence. True or public relations, the message Truman sent was clear.
On the other hand, Hussein believes the money in the public purse is his to distribute as he sees fit —— usually to bankers, companies owned by campaign contributors, Wall Street, and favored labor unions. By extension, in Hussein’s White House there are two major differences between “buck” as in responsibility, and “buck” as in money —— the former is shunned, while the latter is embraced.
Even before Truman, every president took the responsibility, and got the credit, for everything. Americans in Truman’s era believed the sign on his desk meant what it said, and the media played it up for all it was worth through all of the presidencies since.
NOTE: Responsibility that ends in disaster turns into blame very quickly, and generally fades just as fast, while credit hangs on like grim death. Lincoln gets credit for freeing the slaves, but he is never blamed for starting the federal government on the road to the oppressive government Americans now live with. FDR gets credit for defeating fascism, but he is never blamed for saving communism in the Soviet Union, or blamed for the United Nations which was just as bad.
The truth is: The “Buck” has become many trains traveling on many tracks. In today’s world the buck stops with the president is only true in the broadest sense. In Hussein’s case it is probably not true at all. In the case of a weak president like Hussein a train runs up his ass before he knows what hit him. Put it in perspective this way:
When two felons commit a heinous crime the police ascertain which one had the dominant personality; which one led and which one followed. The buck stops with the one who led even though both are guilty. The same is true with Hussein and his people.

In all of McLeod’s devastating commentary it is Jarrett’s Iranian birth to American parents that is most troubling when it is combined with:
1. Her brand of communism: Tax dollar funded capitalism for me and communism for everybody else.
2. Hussein’s Middle East policy; notably the failed Arab Spring. How many strings did she pull in creating that mess?
3. The war against Islam’s jihad the Administration refuses to acknowledge let alone fight.
4. Hillary Clinton’s deputy chief of staff and aide, Muslim Huma Abedin, who spent her youth in Saudi Arabia.
5. Huma Abedin’s family ties to the Muslim Brotherhood.
6. Leading Republicans jumping all over Michele Bachmann for asking questions about Abedin.
To me, there is clear pattern emerging here uniting many of the people close to Hussein making it difficult to apply the buck stops with him. He’s just too dumb to know what is happening.
The first question is: Can the buck stop with an ideology rather than an individual like Jarrett? The next question is: How do you send an invasive ideology packing?
