Welcome to the Bronko Nagurski Memorial Bowl Pool, sponsored by Malt Liquor, Buffalo Wings and Nacho Cheese Sauce.
The rules are as stated; pick a winner for each bowl game from December 22 through January 3rd. Each correct pick counts as 1 point. The champion will be crowned at the conclusion of the Birmingham Bowl. In the likely case of a tie, co-leaders will choose the winner and score of the national championship game. First tiebreaker is the correct prediction of the NCAA national champion. Second tiebreaker is closest score prediction.
Odds are a factor in all games except the national championship game. Remember with the point spread, a tie goes to the underdog. For the purposes of this competition, the point spreads provided below will not be changed. Deadline for entry is December 20 at 11 am eastern time. All entries edited (for any reason) after that time will be disqualified.
Winner will be crowned The Great Nagurski. In all responses to all posts by The Great Nagurski, in all forums of USMB, participants must include “Great Nagurski” in deference to The Great Nagurski, until such time as the national champion plays its first spring game of 2015. For example, “Great Nagurski, your post makes no sense, you are a liar and a fool and a partisan hack!”
As you can tell, the stakes are extremely high.
