If a person decides this Halloween to creep around the pedestrian-heavy American city of Boston (Massachusetts) dressed as the eerie comic book super-villain Hobgoblin (Marvel Comics) and begin committing crimes of vandalism and arson, the media might present the incident as a modern case of traffic-related laughing-gas.
