Good.....

It is still a travesty that any of them are facing charges.

I was having this conversation with a friend of mine the other day.

Why should they not have been tried?

If they were never tried, then they would have lived under a cloud of suspicion for the rest of their lives.

This way, they're acquitted and everyone knows they're innocent.

What's the problem there?

Someone had an accusation, and brought it to court. The court decided the accusation was BS, and now everything is good to go.

That's how justice is supposed to work.

Even more so, why would the Obama administration get involved in this case, as you all think they should have apparently?

That would just have made the whole situation look suspicious. Aren't we supposed to be "winning hearts and minds" in Iraq? How are we supposed to do that if they have no justice from us?
