Breaking! Nevada to press on with criminal Prosection of ACORN

This is a different case than the cases you are talking about.

That is a fact.

there is no voter fraud, its a republican lie to cover for their OWN election cheating

If there is no reason to do it (affect the outcome of the vote) then why do it? Just because you're not smart enough to figure out the process doesn't mean the defendants haven't. Just think back how many elections were decided by a few hundred votes. Remember Al Franken and his 200 or so margin? Hmm?

Honey, the FACT is, this is the same KIND OF CASE and it concerns the same kinds of circumstances, and it's happening in state after state.

Deal with it.

Yet the only time liberals say there is voter fraud is when Republicans win.

It is not happening in state after state ypou asshole.

This charge has never been brought against the ACORN employees before.

The other cases were all about temp workers defrauding ACORN out of money.

Here is an analogy for you poor troubled person, a company, any company, has a policy of discrimination against women. It doesn't pay them the same amount. It doesn't let them advance as rapidly as its male employees. It is taken to court in the state of California let's say. It loses a discrimination lawsuit but it only changes its procedures in California.

Employee's in New York say "hey you lost that court case!" The company says, yeah so? It's a different case!

Get it?

:lol::lol::lol::lol: You are so full of it!

I guess that's why they were dropped from the Census, because employees were defrauding them.

Where did any "liberal" say this should not be prosecuted?

And in a related story...

" Several Democratic presidential candidates, including frontrunner Howard Dean, also support felon voting.

A cynic may be forgiven for suspecting that the motivation behind such support has as much to do with political expediency as principle.

Several recent studies contend that even allowing for their expected lower participation rates, the restoration of voting rights to felons would have shifted the outcome of a number of recent congressional elections. This tantalizes the felon-vote movement. But the movement receives its greatest inspiration from the 2000 election fiasco in Florida. Felon-vote proponents claim that had felons who have completed their sentences been permitted to vote in Florida, Gore would be president today. And they're probably right.
The restoration of voting rights to felons is decidedly unpopular with the electorate. For example, in 1998, more than 80 percent of Utah voters approved a measure to bar inmates from voting. In 2000, the Massachusetts electorate, among the most liberal in the country, voted for a constitutional amendment barring felon inmates from voting.
But overwhelming public opposition has not deterred felon-vote advocates. They've simply resorted to a receptive judiciary to achieve their objective.

As David Lampo notes, these distinctions are immaterial to many felon-vote advocates. Their aim is nothing less than the wholesale restoration of voting rights to all convicts — and that suggests an agenda that's more partisan than altruistic."

That poor puppy dog hasn't a clue what "truth" is. She is so far removed from the concept that it is astonishing.

You were saying TM??????

Hey I had not heard of that one, thanks for providing the information.

How was that case decided?

Acorn agreed to close up shop in Ohio. :D That's how it was decided. :D :D

But you know why you didn't know about that case? You rely on the liberal media. They don't report the truth about liberals getting busted. The New media does that.

Rico Lawsuit Seeks Acorn Dissolution - HUMAN EVENTS

AWWWWWW

sorry guys that is a civil case not a criminal case.

Did the people win the case BTW?

Late yesterday I reached Maurice Thompson, Director of the Buckeye Institute’s 1851 Center for Constitutional Law for a phone interview. Thompson said, “Primarily this action is about fraud through the voter registration process. That registration process is over, so the injunctive window has already closed. This is a normal civil action .”
