i was a little surprised to hear the state department said that all of her emails had been released as she had testified.. now this: Bernie and the dems had better sharpen their pencils...


Story highlights

• A State Department Inspector General report examining Clinton's email use was released Wednesday
• It criticized Clinton for not following protocol when she set up and conducted email over a private server

(CNN)A State Department Inspector General report said former Secretary of State Hillary Clintonfailed to follow the rules or inform key department staff regarding her use of a private email server, according to a copy of the report obtained by CNN on Wednesday.

The report, which was provided to lawmakers, states, "At a minimum, Secretary Clinton should have surrendered all emails dealing with Department business before leaving government service and, because she did not do so, she did not comply with the Department's policies that were implemented in accordance with the Federal Records Act."
The report examined record keeping laws, policies and practices at the State Department from 1997 to present.
