Can anyone provide any confirmation that Clinton was ever treated by this man for a blood clot?

I ran a check on the name and there were claims that he was anesthesiologist for the procedure but neuro-surgery is usually done with minimal anesthesia to minimize cognitive and other neurological damage by allowing the surgeon to ask diagnostic questions of the patient to guide the surgery. Therefore not being a physician, much less a neuro-surgeon I doubt the gas-passer was handling treatment but did witness the treatment.
