However, you passing off this information as gospel DOES mean that you agree with it, and just like journalists who quote their sources and pass the story off as real, you are doing the same thing. Thank God I live on the dry end if it were to happen.
I'm west of Barker reservoir near 99 so all the water would flow east. But if the rain continues and they dont let out enough water there's a small chance my house gets flooded.

This is a pic of the road leading into the Barker Reservoir,keep in mind these reservoirs are normally dry and are only used as flood control. The water is now backing up out of the reservoir and into neighborhoods.
