I got a bread machine for Christmas and just took it out of the box today. I cook a lot but I've never done any baking so this is a blind spot for me. Has anyone here ever used one of these things? Do they make bread as easily as the instruction booklet implies? Is it worth the effort in terms of quality comparison to store-bought bread? Can it make italian bread and French baguettes? By the way, the machine is a Cuisinart, Model CBK-100. Anyone familiar with it?
