This is very very sad. But it also reminds me of a time when I actually saw a couple let their child (probably 4 or 5) keep climbing up an escalator at the food court in our mall. Climb up...slide down. Over and over...while they completely ignored it. I kept praying he wouldn't fall and crack his head open.
