Even California voters are showing a move toward the more conservative candidates in the upcoming elections, with long-standing leftist Senator Barbara Boxer now trailing her Republican opponent in the most recent poll, and Republican candidate for governor Meg Whitman increasing her lead over recycled liberal Jerry Brown...
___

California Democratic senator Barbara boxer is trailing Republican challenger Carly Fiorina by 2 points--47% to 45%--in a new SurveyUSA poll of likely voters released this evening. Fiorina has been closing in on Boxer--cutting the Democrat's lead from six, to five, to four, to three points in the last four polls--but this is the first public poll showing Fiorina in the lead.

The same SurveyUSA poll shows Republican Meg Whitman leading Democrat Jerry Brown 46% to 39% in the California gubernatorial race.

Neither Boxer nor Brown have really done any campaigning or commercials yet. They will.

Seriously, why would anyone vote for Boxer or Brown? Haven't those two loons done enough damage out there? Brown was an absolute nightmare as Mayor of Oakland. Oakland is an awful mess. It became a miserable Third World nightmare under Brown's reign. Elect him as Governor? My God,what's wrong with Californians? Boxer has been a miserable failure for many years as well. She should have been gone a long time ago. Come on California, give the Socialist/Progressive creeps the boot. Make it happen California.

a kennedy lap dog is more like it....

The California Obama approval rating is 58% approve, 33% disapprove. Like Brown and Boxer, he really hasn't spent too much time in California, lately. And in fact, neither Whitman, nor Fiorina, have been photographed taking the long GOP walks along a Gulf Coast beach. Michelle Obama seems to know where the Gulf Coast is located, and seems to be trying to help out.

There is a California sense of "wrong direction," but no specific blame appears to be leveled at the Democratic Administration, which would explain the relatively vapid performance of the two GOP campaigners, and the two Democrats yet to campaign.

In fact, in Nevada, Senator Reid seems to be now holding his own in that Senate race. The "Slush Fund," seems to be working, anyone might guess(?)! It is recalled that the fund for the Gulf Coast is apparently GOP regarded to have been created without Due Process. It is money. GOP is against it. Obama finally came to Las Vegas, or somwhere in Nevada.

LIkely, Nevada will understand, and even what really may have happened in Las Vegas!

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(Touring Basques of Spain: Now need to avoid Arizona, even! Even Juan Carlos, King of all Spain--clearly doing what no American will do for themselves(?)--is probably better off in Beverly Hills. The Saudis have a palace there, too!

actually, Brown was a very good mayor of Oakland.

And Boxer has been a good senator. I plan on voting for both in November.

(I have a friend who went to college with Meg Whitman....let me say this...watch your back around her.)

Thank you for saying it better than me. I have a few friends in Oakland who have said Brown was the best thing for that city in a while and unfortunately, since he left, it's gone downhill again.

Barbara Boxer is a fringe lunatic nut case who thinks she's better than everyone else. She doesn't deserve to be anywhere near our government at any level. If she were at Versailles she'd have been marched to the guillotine with the other aristocrat elitists.

yes, true, theres a long way to go. Carley can offset Boxers lefty donation pool, so can Meg ala brown. Brown has his latest none hit, Oakland, which will be hung around his neck, from what I see of the news in the bay area as I live here as well, Oakland was a mess before he got there and any changes he made didn't seem to last. the City fisc. is a mess, just as when he arrived, I really don't see how that will be painted as a win for him on a state wide scale. . I don't see Brown winning, period, boxer? hummm, gonna be close I think.

As much as I despise Boxer and would love to read her obituary, the fact is Fiorina represents something as equally dreadful, and you'd probably be better off with Boxer because you know what to expect from her which isn't much. However, Fiorina is a degenerate corporate whore who drove Hewlwett Packard into the ground and this anti-incumbent movement has the propensity to place scumbags even worse into positions of incredible power. Choose wisely.

Here's Barbara Boxer. Does anyone really want to vote for her? Seriously?
