Much like Scalia, who was a "literalist" who somehow literally found the phrases "money is free speech" and "corporations are people" in the Constitution, and a "states' right advocate" who thought Florida should not be allowed to set its own rules for counting ballots.

The left is going to lose this one if the GOP stands up. Why? Because of Obamacare, and illegal aliens. The polls show what the American people do, and do not want, and the left is on the wrong side of both.

Will the GOP stand up? That is the only question, but with many of them getting "primaried," I have a feeling they will have little choice. If they lose their seat because they backed down, we still win. 2 more liberal Justices will be replaced during the next Presidents tenure more than likely, and the balance of power will be restored, along with a republican President, and a much more vociferous senate.
