The Democrats have been adamant about preventing the construction of that wall. Therefore if they are winning then America and Americans are losing.

I am a Reagan conservative and am extremely proud of Ben Sasse. You claim to be a patriot yet you applaud of underhanded police tactics. You aree as patriotic as Nancy Pelosi. The fact is that if this was a ordinary person, this would not have been a felony. This is the Al Capone gambit.
