As far as I know, the basis of the philosophy is to limit the power of government to it's bare minimum. Is that somehow incorrect?

I didn't classify Libertarians as "Anarchists" by the way, just the extreme ones. Just like extreme Liberals would be "Socialists", and extreme Totalitarians would be "Fascists".

I don't think I can think of what extreme Conservatives could be compared to... "Theocrats" maybe?

And taken to the extreme position, given enough minimization, there would be no practical difference to separate it from Anarchy.

It has not been true in some time, as the Conservative movement became Right-Wing, rather than libertarian.

The thing is, I agree with half of everything Libertarians have to say, as any Liberal would.

Modern conservatives also should logically agree with half of everything true libertarians have to say.
