Sometimes the history channel sets me off because of the blatant ignorance that some of their most common shows spew. An example: tonight's (no name out of basic respect) boasted that grave robbers of the middle ages claimed that 'bones' had magical properties and therefore most catacombs are empty today because they robbed them for their 'magic'. The woman was very dismissive as she said such. :cuckoo:

Um, yep, we should have more individuals put their beautiful empty headed faces on television just to prove how stupid some of us fight so hard to be. :eusa_whistle:

Really? Science has long ago proven the importance of bones and 'such'. Some of the best people are the most versed in the esoteric things. 'The History of Surgery' would be a good start for some it seems. :eusa_shhh:
