The fact is Republicans are deliberately ignoring Jeb Bush's use of a Private Server while Governor of Florida and the fact Jeb Bush deletions of Private Emails from that server.

The bomb shell is that just about EVERYBODY in the world had the ability to break those servers and MANY countries right now know more about what we were doing then the citizens OF the country.

This opens Hillary up to blackmail from other world powers that have that info. That's NOT a good thing.

A review of recently released e-mails shows that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton repeatedly originated and distributed highly classified national security information. Clinton’s classified e-mail missives were not constrained to State Department staff, either. She also sent classified information to Sidney Blumenthal, a former Clinton White House operative banned by the Obama White House.

An analysis by The Federalist of e-mails released by the State Department late Monday shows that scores of e-mails sent by Clinton contained highly confidential national security information from the beginning, even if they weren’t marked by a classification authority until later.

The original date of classification of Hillary’s e-mails can be discerned by noting the declassification dates noted next to redactions in the e-mails. Under a 2009 executive order signed by President Barack Obama, classified material in most circumstances is to be automatically declassified after 10 years. In some instances, that duration may be extended up to 25 years. In certain circumstances, classification authorities may adjust the classification duration based on the nature of the underlying information.

In this July 2010 e-mail, for example, the entirety of Hillary Clinton’s message was redacted prior to its public release under the federal FOIA law. The redactions of the material were provided pursuant to a provision of law protecting national security information. The printed redaction code“1.4(D),” cited next to the redaction and at the top of the document next to the official classification date, pertains to information on “[f]oreign relations or foreign activities of the United States, including confidential sources[.]” At the top of the document, a declassification date of July 1, 2025 is clearly noted:

What happened to others who mishandled classified documents:

The most common frame of reference — the case of former CIA Director David Petraeus — is far from the only example of the Obama administration prosecuting government officials — typically lower and midlevel government officials — for mishandling classified information under provisions of the Espionage Act, which can carry sentences of up to 10 years imprisonment for the most serious offenses

Just last month, Bryan Nishimura, a California Naval reservist, was sentenced to two years’ probation and a $7,500 fine after he pleaded guilty to removing classified material and downloading it to a personal electronic device. The FBI found no evidence he planned to distribute the material.


Last year, Bronze Star recipient and combat veteran Chief Petty Officer Lyle White pleaded guilty to storing classified documents on a nonsecure hard drive in Virginia. He received a suspended 60-day sentence and a suspended $10,000 fine in return for the plea. White said the information was for training purposes to study and that he had no intent to communicate with anyone.


Whitaker, now the executive director of the Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust, a government watchdog group, cited three federal statutes Clinton could potentially be in violation of, though he stressed that the FBI still needs to investigate. He referred to a recent Fox News report that someone may have removed the classification label from the documents as the most serious offense.


Violation of 18 U.S. Code § 798 — disclosure of classified information could apply to someone who “knowingly and willfully communicates, furnishes, transmits, or otherwise makes available to an unauthorized person” classified information. Someone guilty of this crime “shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both,” under the law.

Another law, 18 USC 793 — gathering, transmitting or losing defense information also carries a penalty of an unspecified fine or imprisonment of up to 10 years, or both.


Members of Congress have asked President Barack Obama to intervene in the case of Marine Maj. Jason Brezler, saying he has suffered “unlawful retaliation” for blowing the whistle about a corrupt Afghan policeman in 2012, sending a classified document over email in the process. The Marine reservist faces being discharged.

Making mountains out of molehills? Lol. If I was being investigated by the FBI and DOJ, I wouldn't consider it a molehill. Of course, it's a Clinton, so you are sure it is a molehill because she is above the law.

When you write with double negatives, it's hard to determine exactly what you mean. But knowing your biases, I think I know. Colin Powell was using a secure server, where as Hill was using two unsecure servers.... Since he isn't under investigation, we aren't sure what kind of materials were sent. Anyway, that is just a matter of deflection on your part. The problem here is Hillary was using an unsecure server, sending classified materials.

And don't start with the "materials were not marked classified." They were classified when she wrote them and she neglected to put the notification on them. She was one of the people in the administration to have the power to designate classifications on documents. She mishandled classified documents just as Petraeus and three others were found guilty of. Except that Hillary's was the most egregious case of them all.

And don't start with "she is not under investigation. As said, the FBI and DOJ don't investigate machines...they investigate people. So guess who that could be. Let me think..Oh wait...

I don't hate anyone. But I certainly do not like Hillary for her dishonesty and incompetence, and the same for Obama.
I don't mind liberals and Democrats for if we really had a chance to know each other and talk civilly, we'd find that there's more commonality between the two than ideas that oppose one another. I respect any person who knows anything about politics for I consider them informed voters even though I may disagree with them one certain ideas. That's better than being a "low information" voter.
