1. On her last day as Secretary of State she was 'read out of' the TOP SECRET 'TSI' Compartmentalized Programs, meaning she was NO LONGER to have access to any of that information. She was also 'READ OUT' of the State Department and thus out of the Federal Government. THIS means from that day on she was to have NO access AT ALL to classified information as she no longer worked for the federal government and no longer had a need to know.

2. By the end of her last day as Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was required to provide the State Department a copy of every State Department-related document and e-mail.
-- The FBI - specifically FBI Director Comey in his testimony before Congress - testified that Hillary not only did NOT do this, she also lied to Congress when she testified that she had. Comey stated the FBI found 'Thousands' of work-related documents on Hillary's personal serverS that she never turned in, thereby failing to comply with the law (specifically the FOIA and the Federal Records Act).

3. By the end of her last day as Secretary of State she was required by law to either turn over all classified information in her possession or destroy it. As a CIITZEN, which she would be that next day, she was not authorized to have any classified information at all in her personal possession.
-- The FBI - specifically FBI Director Comey in his testimony before Congress - testified that they found classified information on her servers. They found classified photographs taken from a TS satellite on her hard drives...at the time she was a civilian! The WHITE HOUSE declared information was found that was SO SECRET that it could not be released in ANY format.

THIS IS HIGHLY ILLEGAL BECAUSE:
- She was supposed to turn in or destroy all classified information she had

- As a CIVILIAN she was not allowed by law to have access to classified information any more

- She had the highly classified information on MULTIPLE PERSONAL, ILLEGAL, UNAUTHORIZED, UNENCRYPTED SERVERS that were NOT secured according to the law

- Her Server with this highly classified information was entrusted to a 'mom and pop' IT firm that did not have the appropriate security clearance required to have access and handle the information entrusted to them AND that highly classified information was NOT secured - they stored it in a bathroom!

- Hillary gave her highly classified e-mails - on a thumb drive - to her lawyer, who had absolutely NO security clearance at all. THIS is a violation of the law!


So, again, bottom line: Hillary was not legally supposed to have any access to classified information once she left the State Department. The fact that they found classified information in her possession and that she e-mailed classified information after she left the state department means she broke the law.

It also means that if she was not protected by the most corrupt / lawless President in US history she would be going to jail.

Obama appointed her Sect of State.

Obama needs her to win so she will appoint judges so she and they can protect his 'legacy' instead of wipe the stain of his memory away into obscurity where it belongs.

The Atty General who said she saw no reason for charges before the FBI even gave her their final report worked for Barry.

The head of the FBI was connected to the Clinton Foundation / Board (HSSC Bank).

Hillary was NEVER going to jail, despite the crimes / laws broken the FBI exposed and CONTINUES to expose.
