Ostensibly, the Tea Party wanted to eliminate federal legislation paper-work by making each bill contain a ream of support from cases, dealing with the U. S. Constitution, to support each concept being advanced.
The House Tea Party supportive, or supported, contingent is not even 45 of the GOP 240.
So back to "Change You Believe In," then clearly no House Rules are likely to be changed in the New Year of forgetting in America!
In fact, not too much budget-cutting at all is likely to get changed, if the new Tea Party tries to really be rebellious!
There is the prosepct of a lower 185, actually using the Speaker of the House to call the shots for "Team For America," or whatever new. . . .fine upstanding language is about to be used.
