Yes, according to orangeman Obama needs to take personal responsibility for the drought in the midwest. Let us forget that the republicans are blocking aid plans for the south, and want to cut financial support for farmers because social programs are evil. Let us forget about the fact republicans want to pretend environmental change due to pollution is false despite their own scientists no longer being able to back that bullshit. It seems that Obama is personally responsible for the drought.
