The Obama Administration had requested a "Clean Bill" to keep the U. S. Credit Market Stable. The Party of Boehner turned away, and catered to the Special Interests of the Tea Party 87 instead. The Chamber of Commerce, national level, would even come out in support of a Boehner Plan, with no support from the confused and issue insensitive, Party of Abraham Lincoln.
