Blown away...

Yesterday, (Friday) I purchased an expensive photo printer and a supply of ink and paper on line. The order came to $1,039,00. Free shipping. I was informed that it would take between 6 and 10 days for the items to get to my house and it would be shipped by FedEx. I got an e-mail notice this morning that all of the items would arrive on Monday which is only 2 more days. Now, that's service! I'm not used to this good of service. I am blown away.

You can get some niiice service from smaller vendors than the giants...and it comes with the benefit you know you are doing business with someone who actually appreciates the order.

No - It was ordered from the Epson on-line store. Not a small business at all.
