what do blacks not understand? they are honoring CRIMINALS
St. Louis honors Anthony Lamar Smith with resolution

Here’s what we know:

Smith pled guilty once in January 2010 for possession and intent to distribute marijuana.

Earlier, in 2007, he pled guilty to illegal possession of a firearm.

In 2010, he was sentenced to prison for five years on the drug charge and three years on the weapons charge, to be served at the same time.

He served 14 months and was released on parole in May 2011, almost seven months to the day before he was shot.

OH!!!! recent criminal record------I was thinking -----little stuff he did as a kid

Hero's in the black community used to be people like Jessie Owens, ML King, and Jackie Robinson.

But today's black community hero's are any gang banging, drug dealing thug criminal, who manages to get himself shot by the police while committing a crime. .....

"Criminal" is a slippery definition. Not at all a black-and-white term no pun intended.

Hell, my life was saved by a "criminal". So much for that particular label.

Yep. I was bleeding profusely from a random assault and this guy living in my house (who had been a medic in Vietnam) got my bleeding under control and got me to the hospital, at risk to himself since he was a fugitive from the law.

What was his crime that he was a fugitive for?

To this day I have no idea. It simply wasn't relevant.

all criminals--some career criminals

They also put a plaque in the sidewalk for that criminal (Brown?) who punched a Cop sitting in his car, tried to wrestle his gun away (through car window) before running off then turning to make one final charge at the now-standing Police Officer who was forced to gun down this 300lb threat to his life and the "community". Shoot the nutsack.......in case they survive. Then they won't be as likely to breed.

Another Hero......gets a plaque. North STL has now become 2/3 empty boarded up area you should avoid even driving through. Full of Heros' and of course....career criminal politicians picking through the carcass.
