I agree on Michael Brown, tough to tell on Stockley, he was inside the vehicle when shot in the videos I saw. Yes, Stockley said "I'll kill the Mother****** ......" but that is an excited utterance, less evidential value than a statement prior to Stockley hitting the officers' vehicle, and injuring the hand of Stockley's partner.

he escalates the problem by NOT complying
they try to tase him, it doesn't work, do they shoot now?? NO
they try to tackle him..do they shoot now? NO
they are trying to cuff him, he resists more--they see a gun, THEN they fire

clearly--with the video--we see the police did everything they could to NOT --NOT--shoot
