    always stand on 16, never hit on 17, and never miss an opportunity to split.

    If the dealer is showing a 6, I'd sure as hell split on 20!

    If the dealer is showing 7 or higher always hit that 16, you'll be surprised how many times you'll pull a real nice hit.

    I agree with Joan, split that 20 if the dealeris showing 3,4,5 or 6 but not a 2. 2 is the dealers best friend.

    I always double down on a 10 or 11 when the dealer isn't showing a face card.

    If you had a pair, you'd double on 12 when the dealer doesn't have a face card! :)

    Absolutely! You do not know how many times i've been at a casino and some jackass has doubled on 10 or 11 or split a pair of anything with the dealer showing a face card. Ooooooh I just want to throttle that person, or the idiot who hits 18, seen that a few times too, that will generally get that person a verbal asswhipping from me and then I generally get a visit from the pit boss soon afterwards:D
