yup. 15 years ago Cincinnati had a riot because a dozen black criminals had be killed by police. the aftermath had cops refusing to police black areas because they didnt want the hassle of being called racist or even losing their jobs and pensions for bullshit PC accusations. the black community there suffered increased crime for years.
