Wilson was accused of lifting up the victim’s skirt on the dancefloor as well as kissing her. At one point, Wilson asked the victim to come back to his home, which was a few blocks away. The victim said that she was too drunk and that she needed to find her cousin. The victim said during her testimony that Wilson convinced her to go outside in an attempt to call the cousin. Once outside, the victim says that Wilson led her back to his home. After they went inside, the victim said she was raped by Wilson, the Lawrence Journal-World reported on January 8.

Whatever happened to following the law? If the girl was intoxicated and/or underage and they had sex, then it's rape! Plain and simple.

If it's a he said/she said case then all evidence needs to be looked at. Apparently there was enough evidence to show they had sex. Or enough evidence to show her story of what happened was true.

I live 20 miles from the place where it happened. I know how there have been other cases like this in the state universities here. They found no trace of sexual contact. Your racism makes you believe what you do.
