Gordon Warren Epperly, Alaska Man, Says Obama Is Ineligible To Be President Because Of His Race
Interpreting the Constitution seems to be a real struggle for many on the right.
Actually, it's the other way around. We are not a socialist oligarchy as the left seems to love to embrace at the expense of reason. We, as a nation, were framed as a Constitutional Federal Republic. You are in error. Consider.
Are you saying Mr. Epperly's lawsuit has legal standing?
By that I assume you mean the United States is a federal republic and a constitutional representative democracy. If so, I agree.
Creepy scary. This guy is probably skulking around in a bunker or in a lonely little cabin in the mountains somewhere..
did you just describe ropey?
oh brother...big deal
lots of lawsuits are filed everyday..
Why wouldn't it? obama's father was British, which no matter where obama was born gives him a "dual citizenship" at birth, so at best he could be a "native born citizen" if born in America. But the constitution requires of the president, and the president only, that he be a "NATURAL BORN CITIZEN," not "native born," but "NATURAL BORN," which the constitution defines as "someone born with both parents that are legal american citizens on American soil." Clearly, by obama's own admission, his father was a Brit, so yes the challenge to his legal right to be president has solid legal standing. And it's not only Alaska where challenges have been filed. There's at least half a dozen states now with more challenges being filed each week.
