I'm not sure if there's a pattern here, but if this is the only time she's done something like this-I think arresting and prosecuting is over the line. She absolutely should have been removed. Now if she's made a habit of this-that might be a different story.

He never said it was the dems fault. That was YOUR words. He said it was the cops. That is not entirely true either. It is the prosecutor that decides to bring this to trial or not and that is the person that I would hold responsible for this inane practice.

The cop who arrested her was the Sergeant-at-Arms and he was ordered to do it by the Republican who was presiding over the house. That makes the GOP and no one else responsible for her arrest and prosecution.

This is obviously a RNC staged event, playing politics to keep this issue in the news. That is why the GOP leadership in the house will not drop the charges. The GOP wants the publicity from a trial to focus attention on the issue while they pretend to have clean hands on the issue.

In other words, you have no idea how the legal system actually works. Or are you simply playing dumb?
