The United Stated is the ONLY significant developed nation on Earth still supporting birther laws. The only over place is weakling Cantada and they are a socialist hell hole that couldn't defend it's own borders. Even France has repealed it.

It is "The Magic Bullet" for illegals to get a free ride and a super magnet for a massive influx of illegals drawing millions to cross our borders illegally every year. Why has American willfully committed suicide? Guilt?

The Citizenship Clause of the 14th Amendment is not a legislative measure, and cannot be ‘repealed’ – unless one is advocating that the Constitution be amended to repeal the 14th Amendment, an act of bigoted stupidity.

It was the original intent of the Framers of the 14th Amendment to acknowledge the fact that our rights are inalienable, that our rights can be neither taken nor bestowed by any government, constitution, or man.

A person born in the United States is a citizen of the United States because his rights as acknowledge and protected by the Constitution manifest as a consequence of his being a human being, where his parents’ citizenship or immigration status is irrelevant.

Moreover, it would be reckless and irresponsible to allow elected officials to determine who is or is not a citizen, and who will or will not be entitled to his civil rights.
