And some men have also been denied coverage by INSURANCE COMPANIES for COVERED expenses. I was was once, as was my mother. It took many letters to obtain payment. (My mother's involved not being taken to a Naval Hospital after a heart attack when the closest medical facility was 6 miles CLOSER, and it WAS urgent. Mine was for "unnecessary" testing while I was in a COMA, a REAL one (Glasgow Coma Scale 12-13.). No question that I ASKED for ANYTHING, and to stop further vulgar, salacious posts, the coma was caused by HYPONATREMIA & DEHYDRATION caused by a diuretic to improve my hearing.
