LOL, as I said from the start, take big steps and force the Democrats to the table. Record time as it were, since NY and California are the biggest donors for the Democrats and have the most to lose if money from the taxpayer goes away. Funny how fast a "bi-partisan" agreement comes to fruition.

Far from over, as many GOP will stick to their guns and will want more fiscal responsibility. Rightfully so, unless the cost are lowered considerable. Take it from Canada, we are getting hammered bigtime, some of the worst healthcare of late, and our costs are much lower.

Give a little, get a little. Dems want CSR payments...what are they giving in return. If the answer is 'nothing' and Republicans are caving in...again...then Bannon's right, we need new Republicans.
